Applications are called in from the 1st year students of the Department of ICT, Faculty of Technology, University of Colombo who comply with the below mentioned criteria for two scholarships to be awarded by the Alliant RigServ, LLC headquarters based in Texas, USA.
Eligibility criteria :
Parental Income Ceiling
Parental income should be equal to or less than Rs.500,000/- per annum.
Income should be certified by Grama Niladhari and the Divisional Secretary.
In case the scholarship recipient fails to progress throughout his/her academic programme successfully, given a suspension or any punishment due to disciplinary action, the scholarship would be terminated.
Amount of the scholarship fund - Rs. 7,500/- per month.
Duration of the Scholarship – for the period of four calendar years.
