It has become necessary to get the student feedback for the course modules completed in the last semester (semester 11, 2020).
The feedback forms are uploaded today to LMS under each of the course modules that you have completed during the previous semester. Please fill the feedback form on or before 26th May 2021 before 4.00 p.m.
Please note that:
- Filling the feedback form is compulsory to all the students who are registered under each course module. Please make sure that you answer all the questions.
- Please note any ideas/ suggestions (if you have) in the remarks section.
- Each student will have only one attempt in submitting the feedback
