There were some technical issues reported in the LMS today (16.09.2021) morning(06.00 - 12.30). If you experienced any errors or unusual behaviors at that time period in LMS please ignore them and try to do that task again (ex. issues in doing proctored online quizzes). Now the technical issues were sorted out. Sorry for the inconvenience faced.
